When is it confirmed?
3–5 business days after payment clears, with a confirmation email.
What's included?
Depends on brand — Secrets, Dreams, Breathless and Hyatt are typically fully all-inclusive. We confirm every detail before you commit.
Why no prices on the site?
Member rates move with season, room category, occupancy and length of stay — a number posted today would be wrong by next month. Your quote shows the public rate alongside ours so you can see the gap yourself.
