These terms govern your use of the Maison Viaggio website and booking services. By submitting a booking request or making any payment to us, you agree to them in full.
About Maison Viaggio
Maison Viaggio is a family-owned travel access service. We are not a licensed travel agency. We facilitate resort bookings on your behalf through our fully paid Premier membership with Unlimited Vacation Club (UVC), a programme operated by Hyatt Inclusive Collection. All bookings are made through our personal membership account and are subject to UVC's own terms and availability.
Booking process
- You submit a booking request with your desired resort, dates and guest details
- We verify availability through our UVC membership and send an exact quote within 24 hours
- You approve the quote and pay a full balance invoice to secure your dates
- Full payment must be received before we confirm the booking with UVC
- No booking is confirmed until full payment has been received and UVC availability verified
Pricing
All prices are based on current UVC member rates at the time of inquiry and vary by resort, room type, dates, season and group size. Quoted prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received, and we reserve the right to adjust a quote before payment if UVC rates change.
Any prices shown on this website are for reference only. Your confirmed price is the amount stated in the written quote sent to your email.
Booking payment — non-refundable
The full balance invoice is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including if you change your mind, change your dates, or cancel for any reason. By paying, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
The booking payment is applied toward your total booking cost. It is not an additional charge on top of the quoted price.
Cancellations and refunds
Because we must pay UVC in full at the time of booking:
- Booking payment ($100): non-refundable under all circumstances
- Cancelled 60+ days before travel: refund of balance paid, minus the full balance invoice
- Cancelled 30–59 days before travel: 50% of balance refunded, booking payment forfeited
- Cancelled within 30 days of travel: no refund
- No-show: no refund
If UVC cannot confirm your booking after your payment has been made, we will refund everything received, including the booking payment, within 5 business days.
We strongly recommend travel insurance against unforeseen cancellations.
Availability
All bookings are subject to availability through our UVC membership. Submitting a request and paying does not guarantee availability. If your requested resort or dates are unavailable we will offer alternatives or a full refund.
Airport transfers
Transfers are an optional add-on for an additional fee, quoted at the time of booking. Transfer fees are separate from resort costs and are non-refundable once arranged with a provider.
Your responsibilities
- All guests meet the age requirements of the resort (many Secrets, Breathless and Zoëtry properties are adults-only, 18+)
- You hold valid travel documents — passport, and a visa where required
- You arrange your own flights and travel insurance
- You comply with the resort's own rules and policies at check-in
- Information you give us is accurate and complete
Limitation of liability
We act as a facilitator between you and UVC / the resort. We are not responsible for:
- Changes to resort amenities, services or conditions outside our control
- Resort closures or renovations made by UVC or the resort brand
- Flight delays, cancellations or other travel disruption
- Injury, loss or damage occurring at the resort property
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, government action or pandemics
Where force majeure prevents travel, we will make reasonable efforts to facilitate a refund or rebooking through UVC, but the outcome depends on UVC and the resort's policies.
Referral programme
Referral payouts are made via Venmo within 48 hours of a referred customer's booking payment clearing: $50 for the first referral, $75 for the second, $100 for the third and all subsequent bookings. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the programme at any time with reasonable notice. Payouts are goodwill payments and do not constitute a contractual obligation.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design and branding — is the property of Maison Viaggio. Resort photographs remain the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, by binding arbitration in the state where Maison Viaggio is registered.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
