These Terms of Service govern your use of the MAISON VIAGGIO website and booking services. By submitting a booking request or making any payment to MAISON VIAGGIO, you agree to these terms in full.
1. About MAISON VIAGGIO
MAISON VIAGGIO is a family-owned travel access service. We are not a licensed travel agency. We facilitate resort bookings on your behalf through our fully paid Premier membership with Unlimited Vacation Club (UVC), a program operated by Hyatt Inclusive Collection. All bookings are made through our personal membership account and are subject to UVC's own terms and availability.
2. Booking process
The booking process works as follows:
- You submit a booking request through our website with your desired resort, dates, and guest details
- We verify availability through our UVC membership and send you an exact price quote within 24 hours
- You approve the quote and pay a full balance invoice to secure your dates
- Once the booking payment clears, we send you a full balance invoice for the remaining amount
- Full payment must be received before we confirm the booking with UVC
- No booking is confirmed until full payment has been received and UVC availability has been verified
3. Pricing
All prices quoted by MAISON VIAGGIO are based on current UVC member rates at the time of inquiry. Prices may vary depending on resort, room type, dates, season, and group size. Quoted prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received. MAISON VIAGGIO reserves the right to adjust a quote prior to full payment if UVC rates change.
Prices displayed on our website are for reference only and are subject to change. Your confirmed price is the amount stated in the written quote sent to your email.
4. Booking payment — non-refundable
The booking payment is applied toward your total booking cost. It is not an additional charge on top of the quoted price.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Because MAISON VIAGGIO must pay UVC in full at the time of booking, our refund policy is as follows:
- Booking payment ($100): Non-refundable under all circumstances
- Full balance — cancelled 60+ days before travel: Refund of balance paid, minus the full balance invoice
- Full balance — cancelled 30–59 days before travel: 50% of balance refunded, booking payment forfeited
- Full balance — cancelled within 30 days of travel: No refund
- No-show: No refund
If UVC is unable to confirm your booking after your booking payment has been paid, MAISON VIAGGIO will issue a full refund of all payments received including the booking payment within 5 business days.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
6. Availability
All bookings are subject to availability through our UVC membership. Submitting a booking request and paying a booking payment does not guarantee availability. In the event that your requested resort or dates are unavailable, we will offer you alternative options or a full refund of all payments.
7. Airport transfers
Airport transfer services are an optional add-on available for an additional fee, quoted at the time of booking. Transfer fees are separate from resort costs and are non-refundable once arranged with a transfer provider.
8. Your responsibilities
By booking through MAISON VIAGGIO you confirm that:
- All guests meet the age requirements of the selected resort (many Secrets, Breathless, and Zoëtry properties are adults-only, 18+)
- You hold valid travel documents (passport, visa if required) for your destination
- You are responsible for arranging your own flights and travel insurance
- You will comply with the resort's own rules and policies upon check-in
- Any information provided to MAISON VIAGGIO is accurate and complete
9. Limitation of liability
MAISON VIAGGIO acts as a facilitator between you and UVC/resort properties. We are not responsible for:
- Changes to resort amenities, services, or conditions outside our control
- Resort closures, renovations, or changes made by UVC or the resort brand
- Flight delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions
- Any injury, loss, or damage occurring at the resort property
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics
In the event of a force majeure that prevents travel, MAISON VIAGGIO will make reasonable efforts to facilitate a refund or rebooking through UVC, but cannot guarantee the outcome as it depends on UVC and the resort's policies.
10. Referral program
Referral payouts are made via Venmo within 48 hours of a referred customer's booking payment clearing. Payout amounts are: $50 for the first referral, $75 for the second, and $100 for the third and all subsequent referrals. MAISON VIAGGIO reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time with reasonable notice. Referral payouts are considered goodwill payments and do not constitute a contractual obligation.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the MAISON VIAGGIO website including text, design, and branding is the property of MAISON VIAGGIO. Resort photographs remain the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of MAISON VIAGGIO services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in the state where MAISON VIAGGIO is registered.
13. Changes to these terms
MAISON VIAGGIO reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
