Who we are
Maison Viaggio is a family-owned travel access service that facilitates resort bookings through our Premier Unlimited Vacation Club (UVC) membership. We are based in the United States. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at voyagenoir21@gmail.com.
Information we collect
When you submit a booking request or register as a referrer, we collect:
- Name and contact details (email address, phone number)
- Travel preferences (destination, dates, number of guests)
- Referral information (who referred you, or who you are referring)
- Payment information — processed securely through Stripe; we do not store card details
- Any special requests or notes you provide in our forms
We also collect basic technical information when you visit the site — IP address, browser type and pages visited — through standard web hosting logs.
How we use it
Only to:
- Process and confirm your resort booking request
- Send your quote, invoice and booking confirmation
- Coordinate any requested airport transfer services
- Process referral payouts to registered referrers
- Respond to questions or requests you send us
We do not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Who we share it with
To complete your booking we may share what's necessary with:
- Unlimited Vacation Club — to confirm and book your reservation through our membership
- Stripe — to process payments securely. Their policy: stripe.com/privacy
- Formspree — the form service that forwards your request to our email. Their policy: formspree.io
No one else.
Data retention
We keep booking information for up to five years for financial record-keeping. Ask us to delete it at voyagenoir21@gmail.com and we will within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your rights
- Request a copy of the information we hold about you
- Request correction of anything inaccurate
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Withdraw consent for optional communications at any time

Security
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS compliant. We do not store card numbers or payment details on our systems. The site is served over HTTPS.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our site, contact us and we'll remove it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top changes when we do. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
